  This store is a very poor representation of you chain. We took one step through the door and there are 7 customers in front of us and two after with only one person serving behind the counter. As we moved two spaces the young staff member was replaced by the manager. The service was not faster. If anything it was slower because she would stop repeatedly to give staff instructions. She also had to answer a request from a staff member asking if he could go the toilet and take his phone. When we finally made it to the counter my simple order took some time to be taken due to the manager not being able to understand what I wanted. We did not wait long, nice change, but what we got was not what I ordered. I would have liked to return my meal and get the one I ordered but was not willing to wait another10 mins to be served. Visit could have been improved by more staff on the counter taking orders.
